It’s that time again, time for a new trivia question!
The last trivia question was about Rory’s books. The question was: “What did Rory say she was reading when her Harvard application arrived?” and the answer was Dead Souls. You may remember the following exchange from that episode, “Application Anxiety”.
RORY: Oh, geez. Let the record show that when my application to Harvard arrived, we were watching “The Brady Bunch Variety Hour.”
LORELAI: You don’t lose points for that, do you?
RORY: I hope not. Man, this morning I was reading Dead Souls – it couldn’t have come then?
LORELAI: Well, we’ll just tell people that’s what you were doing, and that I was studying a really big globe. They’ll never know.
This new question is about language. Can you figure out the answer?

Hey sally, there are seven seasons on DVD. Season “eight” is a fanfiction project and there are many versions. If you like fanfiction go on and read them, but the TV show was on for seven years.
totally unrelated to the Q. but can someone please tell me, are there definately only seven seasons? recently someone mentioned that there was
eight. I have only just started watching GG’s and I am totally obsessed
with the show, please help me out with an answer. Maybe we could start
a patition to have a movie

I recalled the specific scenes in which each of four languages appear, the trick is to eliminate them to get to the fifth.

What I tried to say was if it said which language in addition to English was never used would it say what Leoni says.
Oh come on.
It’s asking which non-English language didn’t appear on the show. Several foreign languages were used on the show, and the question asks which one.
If it said which language <> was never used on Gilmore Girls would it say what Leoni says.
The way the question is formulated is wrong.. Right now it says that you have to choose the language that is never used in the series, besides English. In other words, according to the question, English was never used in Gilmore Girls…
Ahhh, I had all scrips for this site blocked… That´s why I wasn´t able to see the question. Haha.
What a great question! It sure has me stumped… looking forward to seeing what the answer is. Oh, and can I just say how glad I am the trivia’s back!
