More gossip today about Jennifer Lopez supposed comments about Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps. Here’s a clip from the TV Guide Channel. (The segment on Jennifer is toward the end.)
We’ve talked about this who-ha here at JloStalker, and I can’t believe any reputable news organization is actually airing this little piece of gossip.
As we’ve stated here, anyone that saw that interview saw Jennifer in a very playful mood. She was joking around, laughing, giggling… and you’d have to be a complete moron to read anything into a comment like, “Yeah (haha) I’m the one working on doing a triathlon. Who’s this swimmer with the medals anyways?”
Can’t you read the self-depreciating humor in this? It goes along with everything else she said during the interview. During every question asked Jennifer during that Good Morning America segment, she laughed and joked about “embarrassing her family” and “dragging herself across the finish line.” Never once was she bragging or even acting smug that she was training for this event.
It seems that with Jennifer Lopez, people want to slam her because she does so much. I can only imagine how much money the idiot on the sidelines got for “reporting” this little tidbit, but what I’m most surprised about are the “news” organizations that are running it as if it’s gospel.
