ABC has released another sneak peek of Grey’s Anatomy’s next new episode “Sweet Surrender,” which means it’s time to grab the popcorn (but only a small amount, since it’s a short video).
In this clip, we’ve got Derek and Mark performing a surgery together and bickering at each other like an old married couple. So cute.
“Sweet Surrender” airs April 23 on ABC.

I love to see the way both Derek and Mark have grown up. In spite of their differences and past mistakes, their friendship stands solid and real. It’s good to see them together, loving 2 great women and sharing their passion for life and work. Grey’s Anatomy has the ability to remind us that we can come through and succeed. These 2 actors are more than cute faces (although yes, they’re definitely gorgeous!!!). I can’t wait to see more of Patrick Dempsey and Eric Dane in good movies and productions. I can’t wait to see more of Grey’s Anatomy. Way to go!!!
