It’s that wonderful time again, my fellow Grey’s fans: E! Online’s sneak peeks of the next all new episode. It’s been a very, very long four weeks, but the wait is almost over.

- Derek and Mark are amusing, but poor Lexie. Looks like overeating will definitely be the cause of the “baby bump.”
- Glad to see Owen is finally getting some help!
