The season finale of Grey’s Anatomy is going down in a couple of days. We’ve got guest stars galore and what’s sure to be a mind-blowing episode chock-full of drama. The big question still remains: Is Izzie going to die? And … what’s gonna happen to George? Are both Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight heading for the exit door or is Shonda just trying to scare us? And then, of course, there’s also the question of MerDer and Hunt and Yang and Callie and Arizona and Lexie and Mark. What’s going to happen to our favorite couples come season’s end?
Well, we’ll hopefully find out during Thursday’s back-to-back airing of the last two episodes of the season. Can’t wait!

OMG!!!!! I can’t believe that they left such a cliffhanger!!!! Losing both Izze & George…my daughter and I were in tears watching in front of the TV like the babies watching Dora, the Explorer!!! I can’t believe that I have to wait for September to see what happens next!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!
mehhh! not cool, grey’s! my mom and i are sitting here sobbing… and i never cry… ever. i can understand izzy… but george? T_T most depressing cliffhanger i’ve seen. last season’s finale was awesome, so full of love… this one made me want to stab shonda! gahhd. not liking this. don’t know if i’ll ever be able to watch it… ever… again…

This was the best cliffhanger ever!!!! Yes, I cried. I wasn’t here Thursday night so I recorded it. I’m so glad I did. I watched it and told my daughter you need to watch it. She watched it, cried and watched the ending about five more times. I knew that George and Izzie were dying, but Shonda, I would have never expected this. It is one of the best cliffhangers. You are talented and so are your writers. I can’t wait for the next season. REALLY!!!
