Next week’s episode is all new again and there’s good news for you Izzie fans: She’s baaaack! Also back in what looks to be a more present form is Meredith! She was particularly absent from last night’s episode, save for a cute exchange with both Cristina and Derek. But that’s definitely understandable given the fact that she’d just given birth. Looks like she’s good to go though starting next week. And boy does Izzie’s return look to be bringing a whole lot of drama with it.
Izzie pregnant?? Is it Alex’s?? Is it even true? Recall that Shonda Rhimes stated that they didn’t do babies at Seattle Grace – was she lying to throw us off or is Izzie not really pregnant? Perhaps it’s not Izzie that Meredith is talking to? They cut to Izzie but perhaps she was talking to someone else entirely? Cristina? Lexie? Bailey? The Chief? Wait, that wouldn’t work.

I hope she’s pregnant, Karev looked cute with a baby! Unfortunately I think it’s one of those tricks they play on you with previews to get you excited about the next episode.

Well i dnt know if izzie is pregnant or not but i hope she doesnt get in her head that if she lies about being pregnant she will get her job back! she did cut lvad wires u know…

It’s imposible that Izzie’s pregnant because in season 5 they harvest her eggs. Cristina can’t get pregnant because in season 2 they Addison took out her fallopian tube due to complications of her pregnancy, so no. That leaves us Bailey and Lexie. I, personally, don’t think Bailey is pregnant because Meredith don’t talks to her like friends and that is a very personal question and Lexie could be pregnant, she could. So if someone is pregnant, Lexie would be. But that leaves us a question, Is someone really pregnant?. Its possible that Meredith made a question and whoever she asked to said she isn’t. Promos always try to mess up our minds.

I’m pretty sure Izzy isn’t pregnant, she had her eggs taken to be preserved, and whatever eggs she had left, must have been killed by chemo. But I’m almost sure it’s Lexie, but you never know, I could be wrong. We’ll just have to wait & see.
The person from Marks past is going to be his kid, and Lexie is going to say something to Mer about Mark being a father and she going to think she means Lexi is pregnant causing Mer to ask “youre pregnant?”

i completly agree with samm its the obvius reson although i wish it was izzie so glad she is back!
i think that a baby would be a great ad to the show i think that it would be the best thing for the show n at the moment i had a feeling that something like this was coming to the show so i think that it would be more drama that the show could use more of at the moment so yes i hope u do ad the baby to the show it would be the best thing for the show at the moment. more drama is just what the show needs it would be a great ad in to the show and mcbabys would be a good thing for the show i truly think that this would be awesome for the show i think it would bring more viewers to the show so yes do ad the baby case i love this show and would hate to see Meredith not on for a while and if u do then you will make it a sweet dramatic show to watch if u have more dramas in it to I think that the show could us more drama than it usually dose it would be an awesome ad in to the show so i do want to ad in the baby and make it an awesome show with lots of drama to it lol want to have the baby on the show so do ad in the baby please.i would even be more interesting show
