- The latest addition is Sarah Drew, who will play the recurring role of April, a fourth doc from Mercy West Hospital. She joins previously announced Mercy West newcomers Robert Baker, Jesse Williams and Nora Zehetner as doctors out to take down our Seattle Grace favorites in a ruthless competition that will leave some without jobs.
How many newbies do we need on Grey’s?? I know that they have to get creative with Katherine out to do a movie and Ellen with the baby, but can’t Shonda and her team of writers concentrate on the shows core cast and get more in depth in their lives?? I am about to call it quits with this show. Its like Shonda is trying to drive away her cast after season 6 and start anew like she has always said, “most shows don’t live past season 6″ well stop playing with the cast and let them grow and get more in depth stories. This was one of my all time fave shows and now it is quickly going to the bottom. Shonda, let the original cast thrive!!
Can someone tell me why Shonda isn’t bringing closure to each of the patients like she used too?
The incident with the guy whose penis was cut off was interesting. I wanted to know more background on it as far as how did the relationship with the 19 year old start, etc. I wanted to know what would happen with them after he was healed.
There wasn’t the even balance of doctor/patient drama…too much of the drama was around all the doctors for an episode (in my opinion). From Callie’s dad coming, christina’s emotional breakdown, and the race between mercy west and Seattle grace residents, It was too much going for me to have a “OH MY GOSH” feeling.
I’m sorry but this episode wasn’t good as others…especially since I was looking forward to it all week….and cutting Izzie didn’t help.
ok one thing that i have to say is why. like what everyone is asking what is shonda thinking. i have been a fan of this show for years i feel like im one of them. what is the deal with kicking all of the main characters off the show. they have been together from thew start and so have all the fans. i feel that this show will not make it much and as much as i hate to say that i feel it wont. first burke then haun then george and now izzie. what the heck are they thinking. this show better make it cuz i have nothing more to look forward to watching on thursdays lol. btw if yang ever leaves then i think and speak for the rest of us that we would be sad. i love this show so please shonda dont upset us anymore. over and out shirley.
