The end of season four has left us with quite a few potential couples to mull over during the months to come. Meredith and Derek seem to have worked things out. Callie made a move on Hahn. Izzie comforted Alex. The Chief went back to his wife. And Lexie looks like her feelings for George extend beyond the friendship arena. What’s to happen with all of these couples? Only Shonda knows for now.

I’m excited about Mer/Der I hope they get to build their house and their future is good but Callie and Erica are a new fresh couple. I love them together and they remind me of Luce and Rach of the movie imagine me and you. Let’s just see what happens.
But it’s all a postive change for Greys Anatomy and one of the best finalies I’ve seen.

am I the only one that really does not like Callie being a lesbo? I was so upset to see this relationship.. I find Hahn annoying and ugly.. and I think Callie’s amazing and deserves something great.. weirdly enough, I think her and Sloan could do well together if written right.
Alex and izzie…hands down. Their chemistry just jump off the screen and they look great together.
Last epi was great. Can’t wait for the next season. This is the best scene on the finale.

Izzie and Alex all the way! It’s so wonderful to see Alex finally open up and let out some of the pain that’s building up inside of him. And I don’t think he could have done that with anyone other than Izzie. Justin Chambers did an amazing job in this episode!
Is it true that Shonda said that one of the main character would die this season?
Alex and Izzie I hope that we get to see them together. They both have grown through out the seasons and I think after all is said and done Alex needs to take care of someone and Izzie needs to be taken care of. On the other hand Izzie is strong and won’t take no crap from Alex which will keep the fire going. Of course I want to see MerDer you know that is what has kept me watching for so long. Der has been through a lot and I enjoy seeing him smile. I want Mer to make him smile and melt my heart. She had faced her demons and has moved forward from the past it is time to see everyone happy and really getting some great medical cases.
