There’s been a lot of the discussion the past couple of weeks regarding the upcoming Grey’s Anatomy wedding during the 100th episode of the show. Shonda Rhimes has confirmed that there will be a wedding, but all spoiler sources remain quiet about who exactly the lucky couple will be. The most obvious choice is Meredith and Derek, given that they’re the only couple currently engaged, but word on the virtual streets suggests that this may not be the case necessarily.

I think the wedding is MerDer, but it might be Intern Megan and Intern Steve, since she is carrying his child.

how about a re-wedding for either the chief and his wife or bailey and her husband? if something happens with izzie, merder run away from their wedding to the hospital, someone else takes the chance. isn`t that possible? ^^
an by the way: alex/izzie would be way to obvious…if it is really a suprise, maybe they work chyler leighs pregnancy in and go with mark/lexie.
It will be Callie and Arizona…after all it is legal in Canada is it not? And they are in Seattle afterall…and I heard that Callie comes out to her father in a shocking way! So….there ya have it!
Callie and Arizona should so get married, they are the best couple on the show!!
