Grey's Anatomy Poll: Would Shonda Kill Izzie?

So we’ve had a few days to sit with the idea of Shonda killing Izzie. Rhimes’ reps are saying that they haven’t heard anything about the whole thing, which many news sources have taken to mean that Shonda Rhimes is directly denying the rumors that she would kill Katherine Heigl’s character.

Personally, I doubt very much that Shonda would kill Izzie at this stage. But what do you think? Do you think she’s given up on Katherine Heigl and is willing to give her a permanent out on her contract? Do you think she’s that pissed off that she’d simply kill off the character? Or do you think this is all media hype and nothing will come of it?
