Next week’s Grey’s Anatomy is all-new with episode 5.04 “Brave New World” and going by the video promo that aired after last night’s episode, it looks like the episode is going to see a bit of a face-off between Izzie and both Alex and Derek. But things between MerDer look to be heating up, despite the fact that it looks like Derek isn’t all that happy about sharing the house with Meredith’s friends.
Michael Ausiello had mentioned that the episode would feature Patrick Dempsey completely naked. Of course, there will be a pillow covering all the important bits.
Further spoilers from ABC tell us that Derek will be making a discovery (Meredith’s mom’s diary). Callie and Erica get to go on their first date, and Cristina discovers a new area of the hospital that no one knew about.
Guess the theme will be discovering new things.

i can’t wait to see derek naked, but i really am looking forward to see how meredith reacts to derek finding her motthers diary, and if alex and izzie eventually get kicked out because it can’t be normal having your friend see your boyfriend naked..
Wow – LOVED Derek naked <3. Yeah, eventually Izzie and Alex are gonna move out (and TOGETHER I hope!). I really want to find out what’s between Dr. McSteamy and Lexie, though. They seem to get pretty hot, although Lexie doesn’t realize it.
I so can see McSteamy and Lexie…i think they would be cute…even if I doubt that’s the way Shonda and Co. are heading!
And YAY for Izzie for telling off Alex!
