Grey’s Anatomy will be returning to our screens on Thursday, September 25th at its usual time and place. We can start our countdowns, though it still seems like an incredibly long time from now.
The good news is that ABC has released a new promo for season 5 to tide us over a little bit, so without further ado, here it is.
Can’t wait!
Edit: The video shows clips from back in season 4 unfortunately, but at least ABC has started promoting the date. Hopefully we’ll see some actual footage from season 5 soon.

Yeah I was having a bit of a deja vu moment while watching the promo. Damn you ABC. Ah well. I’m sure they’ll start inserting some new video images soon enough.
Same here i typed in ’season 5 promo greys antomy’ on youtube and saw this video pop up, i literally almost crapped myself because ive been dying to see a promo and i thought i was getting a little taste of whats to come then i see season 4 clips and i was like WTF, ABC needs to stop playing around.
Oh i had the same ‘DAMN YOU ABC’ moment too lol
something happened since it is 8.40pm eastern on Wed. July 23 and when I hit play it says “We’re sorry, this video no longer available.” bummer although if it is just new voice over old video no big loss I guess.
ABC must have hit YouTube with a cease and desist, because it isn’t up anymore.
