According to our dear friend Michael Ausiello of TV Guide, at least one of the following things will occur before the end of the season:
• After breaking things off with Cristina, Burke will transfer to another hospital.
• Callie will reveal she’s pregnant.
• Izzie and George will hook up.
• Izzie will be reunited with her daughter, and it’s someone we’ve already seen on the show.
• Addison will be diagnosed with a life-threatening illness.
• Derek and Meredith’s relationship will hit a roadblock when one of her exes shows up on her doorstep with one thing on his mind.
So which of these do you think is most likely?
Izzie reuniting with her daughter seems very likely to me.
Oh, and btw, Michael doesn’t think Meredith is going anywhere:

Ausiello: Yes. And Hugh Laurie is leaving House. And Jason Lee is leaving My Name Is Earl. And America Ferrera is leaving Ugly Betty. And Michael C. Hall is leaving Dexter. And… see where I’m going with this?
Let’s start thinking about what will happen though. Izzie and George hooking up? Hmm… lol. I don’t think Addison is going to die .. not if she’s getting her own show. Unless the show is all about her dealing with a life-threatening illness that forces her to leave Seattle Grace?
hello everyone!!! i definitely can’t wait for Season 4… i had just finished my DVD copy (Season 3) and I hope that they (the pirates edition..) will have a copy again for Season 4. Nyways.. i love izzie for george, i like the twist of their love story and i hope that even george and callie got married, in the end george and izzie will be together….
i can’t believe the producers are sacking burke over personal issues… i mean, they could just settle those issues and concentrate more on improving the show and it’s ratings… the show’s really great and i think burke’s character has played a big part in it.. not renewing his contract would be unfair.. it’s just a single word.. and besides, he has apologized for it..
i completely agree with you lolei because with out him the season show i think wouldn’t be as good i believe that the producers should let him renew his contract seriously because the show will be nothing wit out him i mean they can’t just do that i mean all the fans are gonna be pissed if he’s not out in the 4th season
hmm…. dr. burke’s not on season 4? i know a big fan of dr. burke and cristina love team and i know that she will be very disappointed if their love team will be no more, hehehe..
