It’s not quite April 23 yet, but at least ABC is taking pity on us desperate souls and releasing some sneak peeks of the episode to come. In the following clip we’ve got part of the gang – Izzie, Alex, Cristina and Lexie – waiting to see Meredith in her wedding dress.

1st I think she was also faking it..BUT after watching it again her eyes went back and don’t think the writers would take a serious subject as cancer and use it that way
She wanted to see Mer in her dress because she’s planning the ultimate wedding. I think it’s hilarious.

Her eyes did most definetly roll to the back of her head(which does seem real.) But then again right before she choked she kind of looked deep in thought like she was thinking on how to get Meredith out of the bathroom so she can see her dress. I dont know but I really hope she doesnt die. I know she will make it to the next episode because I saw some preview pics on tv.com and her mom comes to see her. I was also reading comments on other websites and it seems like a lot of people only watch greys anatomy because they like Izzie,so if she died the show would probably lose a lot of viewers(not me though I am a devoted fan!) (:
