Grey's Anatomy Spoilers Galore!

Michael Ausiello just watched the next two episodes of Grey’s Anatomy (this week’s and next week’s – lucky, lucky man) and he’s posted all sorts of answers to fan questions over at EW.

For those who don’t want spoilers but want to know a little something something, there’s this: “These next two episodes are as solid as any I’ve seen this season.” And for you Katherine Heigl fans, he says that she’s “doing her best work since season 2.”

Guess she won’t be shying away from the Emmys next time around!

Here’s a round up of spoilers dropped by Ausiello in this latest spoilerfest:

• While there’s not a lot of Cristina/Owen goodness in this week’s episode, next week’s episode should have a lot.
• Izzie’s mom drops in on April 30 and her entrance is “memorable.” His hint says it “involves a case of mistaken identity with her potential son-in-law.”
• Izzie is cancer free by next week’s ep! Or maybe that’s another mistake.
• Sounds like Shonda Rhimes found an interesting way of hiding Chyler Leigh’s pregnancy. It apparently involves the ongoing feud between Derek and Mark. Overeating over stress maybe? Hmm.
• Mark and Lexie fans, attention please: There will be kissing, hand holding and dinner with Daddy Grey.
• Sounds like there will be an intense face off between George and Alex that will culminate with shattered glass, shed blood and “a near-fatal fall.” Oooh boy.

Did I mention I can’t wait until this Thursday’s episode? Because I can’t.
