Gather ’round (or run far, far away, if you’re spoilerphobic). This week, both Kristin and Ausiello rained Grey’s Anatomy spoilers upon our eager heads. Hooray!
I’ve sorted through the information and have organized it for you by characters and pairings so that it’s easier to digest.
All spoilers after the jump!
Characters:
- Bailey – Rumor has it that she’ll receive some “potentially career-altering news”. This may, or may not mean that she becomes the new head of cardio.
- Izzie – She’ll be on a mission to find out what’s wrong with her exactly, but there’s a few weeks to go before we find out what’s really ailing her. She’ll be using the interns to aid her along the way. Whether or not she dies is still up in the air.
- George - *crickets chirp* According to Ausiello, T.R. Knight gets a whopping 10 seconds of screen time in this week’s episode. Um. Wow.
- Denny – He’s almost gone! Jeffrey Dean Morgan is off to film another project. It may be the last we see of Denny. At least in the context of Izzie’s illness.
Pairings:
- Cristina/Owen – Owen gets a visit from an ex-girlfriend. But both Kristin and Ausiello are reporting an important move forward for the relationship. Ausiello says “cheesy, slow-mo, piano-scored interludes will give way to an emotional collapse.” Kristin says, “Cristina and Owen have the sexiest exchanges in the hospital in Thursday’s episode before [the ex] shows up.” Hmm!
- Arizona/Callie – Nothing at all specific about them, but Ausiello mentions some “girl-on-girl action” which may or may not mean actual girl on girl action.
- Mer/Der – Derek’s plans to propose to Meredith get interrupted by – yep, you guessed it – Addison’s emergency call to Derek. Ausiello tells us that by the end of the episode everyone and their grandmother will have seen that engagement ring … except Meredith. Doh!
General:
- Ausiello tells us that this week’s episode “features one of the funniest, all-female group hugs ever. Also, there’s a bawdy cafeteria scene that is so quintessentially Grey’s that it reminded me how much I miss the good, ol’ show.” That’s around the time he mentions the girl on girl action I’m not sure what to make of. lol
- Kristin assures us that Addison and Derek do NOT hook up. No matter what you may have seen or heard.
Have I mentioned how much I can’t wait for this week’s episode? Because I can’t. I’m so excited!

I had hopes that Der was going to propose for the 100th ep this Thursday. Alas, it is not meant to be. spoilerTV has a thing concerning the crossover and Shonda wrote another letter to her fans. She said that there will be a wedding, but she makes sure to mention that she didn’t say WHOSE wedding it was going to be.

I was surprised to see Arizona kiss Callie but I do think she will be suitable match. Callie is too hot to be wasted sitting in a bar drinking alone. Cristina/Owen are so precious!!! Derek just propose ALREADY!!!
