It’s time for another weekly dose of Ausiello’s Q&A style spoiler party and this week it’s pretty much all about George (with hints about T.R. Knight’s future status with the show). If you’ve been paying attention to the spoilers and rumors thus far, then the following tidbit will serve as further evidence that these rumors are potentially true.
As always, walk on through if you don’t want to know what’s to come. This is a potentially major spoiler regarding George so don’t click unless you want to know.

Ausiello predicted a while back that George’s future might lead him into the military and that this storyline might set the stage for T.R. Knight’s permanent exit from Seattle Grace. Inside sources have officially confirmed that George goes off to war and that by the end of the season he’ll be wounded.
It’s a big possibility that George will be mortally wounded, though this part has not been confirmed.
George dying in war, however, would go hand-in-hand with earlier rumors that it might be George that dies rather than Izzie.
Since we never know what’s going to happen in Shondaland, it’s entirely possible that we’ll see two major deaths by season’s end, but I’m hoping that it doesn’t come to that.
Will keep you posted on any major developments regarding this storyline.

OMG! i hope that no one die, but i would save izzie, her storyline is more interesting than george’s.
that is the worst idea for a storyline I have ever heard. BOOOOOO!
PLEASE let it be George that goes and not Izzie. I agree with Beatrice that Izzie’s story (and past stories) have been a lot more interesting. The only story I did enjoy of George’s is the one about his family.
George doesn’t deserves to die.. maybe join to the army or go to war but doesn’t mean he has to die!

Save them both and explore Georges sexuality… Izzie is too sweet to lose but at least she would be with Denny…. sigh….
I really do not want Izzie to die, she is has been one of my favorites since day 1. Although I don’t really wish George to leave either…I would rather have Izzie stay

the show would be irrevocably changed if either were to die (and I doubt for the better). it has seemed to me lately that the story lines involving “George” have dwindled lately…and I miss them. he is the balance from the other drama. he is also the balance for Izzy (the male version of Izzy).
but, if he must leave, at least make it where we can see him again. don’t make a change that cannot be undone.
I would love to see the dr’s on Grey’s save both of them. If one must leave, I say have George join the army but bring him back to Grey’s later in the season. His story line would definately improve after that, I’d bet. Plus we Izzie would still be there, and this way we wouldn’t have to really loose either of them.
Please let them both live!!!! Izzie is one of my favs, but george is part of the seattle grace fam too. The show can’t start killing people off. It seems like all the good shows start killing major characters off. It ruins the show! The finale was such a tear jerker!!! Let them live. It won’t be the same without them.

Save George. He is the glue that holds the group together. He comforts them and gives them advice. He makes them feel better. Izzy and George need eachother, i don’t want to think what either one of them would do without eachother. It’s waful. SAVE GEORGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
