For those of you who’ve been wishin’ and hopin’ and prayin’ that ghost Denny is gone for good, there’s some positive news: Jeffrey Dean Morgan himself confirms that there’s no current plans for his return this season, and even if there are he might not be able to make it back to the GA set due to scheduling conflicts.

For those of you wishin’ and hopin’ and prayin’ that he is back in some form or another, he says, “There’s always next season.”

Moving on: Cristina/Owen.

I’m sorry that the news isn’t more positive. Ausiello reveals that Owen’s PTSD is going to turn violent, as he unintentionally physically harms Cristina. The new issue of EW (on sale Friday) will dig deeper into this particular topic, so be sure to pick it up!

And, saving the best for last: MerDer

In the very next new episode, Meredith finally learns about the ring and sees the ring -

but… “circumstances are less than ideal in both cases.”

Bummer.

Let’s hope for some happier news soon, shall we? All this doom and gloom is not as fun.
