Happy 24th Birthday, Tom Felton!

Honestly, we may not have called it when Harry Potter star Tom Felton suddenly got hot; there was so much attention on the Daniel Radcliffe/Rupert Grint/Emma Watson trio that everyone briefly forgot about the guy who played Draco Malfoy. But as he came back to each movie with more swagger (and more natural-looking hair) we remembered that being the villain is pretty hot. So happy birthday, Tom!
