Happy happy birthday to Kelly Bishop (Emily Gilmore on Gilmore Girls) who today celebrates her 65th birthday! What a milestone!
Kelly Bishop is currently starring in the Broadway show Becky Shaw, which was so successful that the show was extended until March 15th! If you are in New York, I hope you can check it out, in addition to Lauren Graham’s Guys and Dolls of course!

I didn’t see this till today, but I hope Kelly Bishop had an AWESOME birthday! She’s brought such fun into my favorite show; I’m just watching “The Party’s Over” in which she chides Richard for serving skewers at cocktail time so the girls aren’t hungry for her dinner – just another awesome Kelly Bishop performance. I can’t believe the age you say she now is though – the woman doesn’t age, she just gets better & better!
