Today is Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ first anniversary as a married couple. Remember their wedding last year at this time? That was a crazy day! Now who owes me money who said they wouldn’t last a year?

That was a beautiful wedding cake. Katie looked radiant, too. It’s amazing how she’s changed in a year… she looked so much more freshed before she got married. Now, unfortunately, she often looks tired and haggard.
That’s because she went from “a wanna be” to “a has been.”
Do you actually believe that this is a real wedding or just Kh and Tc acting for the cameras?
She did look much more happier and full of hope. I guess she finally gets what she has earned for selling herself to the highest bidder.
And who says money can buy you happiness!!!
She’s happy, with “her amazing life, and everything is OK.” She’s not the brightest star in the sky, and when the lights are on upstairs, she’s usually not home, but I have to say that she has her daay to thank. He’s a divorce attorney, and he made sure that his little girl will come out of this rich, rich rich.

If the wedding was legitimate and legal. Remember, it was a party in Italy.
Besides money does not buy happiness (or Paris shopping trips) for her or Suri!!
She will have to emotionally live with all of this.
How many people in Hollywood are on drugs or other substances, how many of their kids are in and out of jail, etc.?
I feel sorry for Suri if KH feels the money was worth it all.

I’d like to ask Leora WHO said they didn’t think it would last a year……..seeing as how EVERYONE knows her contract is for 5 years…..then tc will have another meerting for a “role” in one of his “movies” and interview the next generation of potential wives……..lets see……Dakota Fanning would be my guess as his next choice.
Maybe it will be one of Hollywood’s wild girls–he can SAVE someone in the process!! LOL!!

Access Hollywood spoke with Sarah Hunninghake, manager of media relations with the New York Road Runners Club, which promotes the New York City Marathon. Sarah told us that “Katie’s team” approached the New York Road Runners Club months after the deadline for the race, asking to allow Holmes to run in the marathon.
Hunninghake continued to explain that the marathon gives VIP spots to individuals with compelling stories, who are not admitted in the traditional way. The VIP spots provide the runners with “a different level of security,” she added.
“Celebrities and people with name recognition are important to every sport, it adds glitz and glamour,” Richard Finn, director of media relations for the New York Road Runners Club told “Access.” “Does Billy Crystal have trouble getting tickets to the Yankees World Series? No. Do celebrities have trouble getting reservations in hot restaurants? No. In fact, they probably don’t even pay for the meals much of the time.”
this person is trying to do damage control and is comparing WATCHING a sporting event and EATING to a race which people train for very hard and take very seriously

ONCE AGAIN, in an attempt to have some “positive” publicity, tomkat bit the dust…in a big way, and I couldn’t be happier about that because these people are nothing but fakes, cheaters and liars, and they are getting EXACTLY what they deserve
Amen, Libra! I know if I were one of the serious runners who got turned away, I’d be pi**ed that they let this wanna be celeb in to promote her g a y husband and bullsh** “marriage”! People train for years for this race and consider it a great accomplishment to run it. She ran it as yet another publicity stunt. Sickening!
Did they ever determine if she actually finished or not? Or does she get special consideration for finishing the race or not too?

New Yorkers are up in arms that Katie Holmes was allowed to run in last week’s NY Marathon, when 60,000 other hopefuls were denied entry. Race organizers reportedly allowed Katie in through the backdoor as a “VIP” runner. Others must be given a spot through a lottery system, or run for one of the 26 marathon-sanctioned charities (which is what Lance Armstrong did, or *gasp* actually have a competitive running time.
apparently some detective-like tk haters researched it and there were a lot of obvious discrepancies to people who have actually run in these kind of marathons.
she never would have been able to run or even walk 26 miles with no bra without her n i p p l e s being rubbed raw and bleeding (GAG!)
there are no pictures of her except at the finish line
she is wearing headphones. All runners were made aware that this was a no-no (I find it HILARIOUS that she didn’t take them off when she posed for pictures with tc afterwards)
she doesn’t appear to have sweated AT ALL
she appears to be very pale (even a trained athlete is going to have color in their cheeks, even after a couple miles)
the pants she’s wearing are dragging on the ground…after 26 miles they would be frayed…or at the very least dirty
and lastly, there is apparently a chip that the runners are to attach onto their shoelaces, and apparently this chip is to be visible at all times apparently it’s regulation and …of course hers wasn’t showing
someone on JJ also claims that her number never showed up as finishing the race, and that her entry info online had her as katie holmes-30-resident of NY
I would also like to point out that she is CARRYING her large listening device……not AT ALL likely for someone who ran 26 miles

Will Smith Equates Bible and Scientology
Will Smith conquered space aliens in “Independence Day” and now he apparently believes they are real.
Smith admits in the issue of Men’s Vogue on sale Tuesday that he has studied Scientology with Tom Cruise and doesn’t disagree with its basic tenets. In doing so, he finally “comes out,” joining Cruise, John Travolta, Kirstie Alley and a handful of other Hollywood types in their devotion to this controversial religion.
For a long time, Smith has denied joining the Church of Scientology with his wife, Jada Pinkett-Smith, explaining that it would go against the beliefs of his late grandmother. But for some time insiders in Hollywood have insisted the Smiths were, indeed, brought in by Cruise.
Smith concedes that his kids are being home-schooled, just as are those of Cruise, Travolta and other Scientologists.
In the article, Smith refers to “Thetans,” who are space aliens in the vernacular of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
“… in all of the experiences I’ve had with Tom and Scientology, like 98 percent of the principles are identical to the principles of the Bible,” Smith tells Men’s Vogue writer Hudson Morgan.
“The Bible says, ‘Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.’ And you know, there’s a Scientology principle: ‘Do not create experiences for others that they cannot comfortably perceive.’”
He continues: “The Bible talks about your spirit being immortal, that you were created for existence beyond your physical body. Well, that’s no different from Scientology. I don’t think that because the word someone uses for ’spirit’ is ‘thetan’ that the definition becomes any different.”
I have a feeling that clergy and practitioners of both the New and Old Testament might take umbrage with that idea. Scientology is considered a dangerous cult in some countries, including Germany.

i just want to say that i like tom and katie….
but with all celebrities i really dont know how they sleep at night….they are way over paid…and before you say it there is no way that they should be paid more than doctors….
there are staving children and people in the world with not a tin of beans to their name…how can they sleep at night when they are in the priveleged state they are in …but they dont do enough tohelp them people …and yeah they may give to charity ..but all the time they are shopping for expensive clothes etc they clearly are not doing enough ….normal clothes on the highstreet are just as good…
so tom and katie i think you are really sweet and your daughter is gorgeous….but how can you look suri in the eye knowing there are children just like her suffering in the world…when u really can make a difference to them..more than many of us….
everytime you buy your gucci clothes or another aeroplane tom….please thing of those people …beause that plane could save a whole community!!!

Unfortunately most are like that! There are some who help with their money, but there is absolutely no need for our entertainers and athletes to be paid so much.
As far as KH is concerned, it appears her only concern is to become a fashion icon and be loved for her looks. She probably looks at her baby as an extension of her great fashion sense/looks and how Suri can make her look good. She did want Suri to model. Like most of Hollyweird, she is VAIN!
I read an interview wih George Clooney and he was saying he was proud to be in the company of people like Brad P, Matt Damon and Don Cheadle, because they all work hard to make positive changes in the world.
T-K are not involved in ANY charitable work that I’m aware of. And whats even more disgusting than that fact is that at the height of his damage control mode he wins some award for a place called Mentor LA. No ones ever heard of it, the site is completely vague about what it’s all about, he’s never talked about it or tried to bring awareness to it, and on top of all that his business partner paula wagner was on the Board. A few months after he “won” his award and had his disgustingly over the top party to let the world know about his “award” , Paula Wagner ceased to exist on the Board.

By their work, we shall know what kind of people they are. The only thing Cruise promotes is Scientology and their beliefs. He uses Suri for Scientology belief promotion. He doesn’t branch outside of that. Kh has only promoted Barney’s and Armani.
Honestly, I don’t hate them. I think they are ridiculous, vain, and silly. Unfortunately, they are now using Suri, PR girl, for their own gain. (This is my objection to these two idiots. They can’t hack it any more so they use their kid.) We only see her when they are playing family, minus two kids, and when there is a movie to promote. I am sure in late Dec. early Jan we will see PR girl out in force because of KH’s movie.
As far as KH earning what she has…she has earned it through her marriage, not the old-fashion way of working for it like Cruise. I had no clue who she was until she got herself knocked up by Cruise.

hjw, I’m not quite sure what you mean by your comment “take the lead” because t-k are light years behind other celebrities who have been involved in, and who are making a BIG difference in this world through their humanitarian works.

I stopped visiting this site months ago in disgust and frustration. I am very happy to find this site now offers positive critisism and doesn’t ATTACK and INSULT Tomkat any longer. I am compelled to comment again.
