Happy birthday Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt!

HAPPY BWLATED BIRTHDAY, PAX JOLIE-PITT! It´s hard to imagine how fast the time has gone buy. It seems like yesterday when this little shy Vietnamese boy came into the Jolie-Pitt family. He spoke hardly any English and look at him now! He has changed a lot. And not only physically (getting taller etc.). He sure speaks perfect American English and loves to play with all his siblings. Jah – I totally agree with you. I couldn´t even imagine what Mad, Pax and Zahara´s lives would be like IF their parents hadn´t adopted them. Maybe Mad would be a street kid in Cambodia, Pax would be heading the same way in Vietnam and beautiful Princess Zee would most likely be dead. Her parents saved her life and gave her and her big brothers a chance for a better life. And they also gave those three two beautiful little sisters and a handsome little brother. I´m sure that Mad, Pax and Zee don´r feel left out in this family just because they are adopted and Shi, Knox and Viv are their parents´ biological children. Like both Brad and Angie have told over and over again those six ALL are their children and they love them equally. Sherry & Kimmy – thanks for that video! It´s absolutely wonderful. It shows how quickly Pax bonded with his parents and siblings. He and Zee seem to be very close. And so are Pax and Mad too. Like someone said those boys must be a handful when they play together. But they´re brothers and certainly love each other a lot. God bless the JPs forever!

I´ve watched this video many times now and still find it very beeautiful and even touching. It´s obvious that he loves both his parents a lot but there are many sequences in which he is with his dad and those parts of this video really bring tears in my eyes. It´s obvious that Pax adores his dad and he adores Pax. Also mum is very important to Pax but he also needs a male role model and who´s better choice to fill that position than Brad. It seems that this father-son duo bonded quite soon after Angie, Mad, Pax and Zahara came home from Vietnam in March 2007. Pax has adjusted really well into the Jolie-Pitt family. I can´t stop smiling when I watch that funny expression in his little face at 4:35. He seems to be really happy to be out with mummy, daddy and big bro Maddox. I´m positive that Knox looks up to both his big brothers and want to be like them:a good big brother to Vivienne and a good little brother to Mad,Pax, Zee and Shi.

It’s still 29th Nov in the Uk, so ‘Happy Birthday’ darling Paxie!!! I agree with you all about how very moving it is to see the video shots of Paxie thro the years; it seems that he was pretty scared of a lot of things not least the paps flashing and clicking cameras. How on earth Brad & Angie have coped with not only six kids but three from difficult ‘beginnings’, whereby they needed even more of the love and attention which other kids demand naturally. You have to, simply have to congratulate Brad & Angie for giving their ‘all’ to each and every one of their kids (and any of us who are parents just know how very very committed any parent has to be/is, even with just one kid!!!!!). Lucy- I could be wrong, but I think Halperin thought he could get away with claiming that Angie and/or Brad told an insider those things about their sex life because Angelina publically discussed her and Billy Bob’s sex life when they were still together (and hence, Halperin probably thinks, “If she was willing to discuss that PUBLICLY, it’s hardly a stretch to think she’d discuss it privately with a close friend!”).

That being said, I agree with you completely. I sincerely hope that nobody buys that book. I won’t say what I think of Halprin, since what I think of him decidely does NOT belong on the comments section of a family-oriented blog! However, what I WILL say is that it greatly upsets me that he obviously didn’t care that there are six innocent children out there who might read this book someday and be hurt by the horrible lies it says about their family!

Just had this really bad day which was saved by this video. I just can´t get enough of it. Seeing that little boy´s face brings smile back to my face. Pax has this really beautiful smile. he should smile more often. But I think that all this attention he got so quickly after settling into the Jolie-Pitt family was – and maybe still is – a little bit intimidating for him. Pax is a really handsome little boy and he´ll be a handsome young man. Asian men aren´t normally very tall but I think that both Mad and Pax will be taller than their average country men. In Mad´s case the Cambodian men and in Pax´s case the Vietnamese men. Mad already looks quite tall for his age. And he´s “only” 8 years old! He´s grown so fast and so has Pax. Those two sure love each other a lot. They´re brothers and certainly haev their disagreements too but that´s only normal. God bless the JPs!
