Haha I gotta agree with Garreth.. women can get incisions in three places: the armpit, the nipple or underneath the breast.
Either way though, this looks like tape to me. A plastic surgeon would NEVER make an incision on the side of the breast. Whether or not Alba has implants, I can’t say, but this photo means nothing.
This picture doesn’t prove much. Although the sudden increase in the size of her breasts throughout time should be a clearcut indicator. One size, fine, but two sizes is just silicon.
It doesn’t matter, and you hardcore fans are just making yourselves look bad because of your mindless protectiveness of the subject.
She looks fine, although its hard to say that she hasn’t had some help.

Just an FYI–You can also get breast aug through your belly button and “no one” would notice it. I went from 34Aa to a full B cup and they look absolutely natural. However, I saw a pic of Jessica Alba laying on her back at the beach and the way her boobs look is a full indicator of a boob job to me.
