If you haven’t already heard, Beyoncé is officially inviting us to get our groove on with the “Single Ladies” dance video contest. The dancer with 
the best video will win a $2500 prize and will have their dance shown during Beyoncé’s “I Am…” World Tour.
Although it’s self explanatory I will walk you through the process anyways.
Step 1: Get a video camera!
Step 2: Learn the dance moves shown in the “Single Ladies” videos (I know you know those moves!). You can’t change anything, so everything must be exactly the same as what Beyoncé and her two single ladies do.
Step 3: Send it in! I’ll show you where to send it in a second.
Alright, now there are a few things you should know before sending in your video. In order to submit the video, you must be 18 years of age living in the following places: United States, the UK, Japan, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada (excluding Quebec province), Hong Kong, Ireland, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, the Philippines, Portugal, Russia, Singapore and Switzerland.
Your video must be postmarked no later than March 6th!

Before you shoot the video
Now, before you go through the process of making the video, you’re going to have to make sure you can shoot the video in either QuickTime (.mov) or AVI format in either High Definition (1080p or 720p) or Standard Definition (720×480 pixels or 640×480 pixels). You’re going to need a standard frame rate (23.98fps, 25fps, 29.97fps or 30fps) on a data DVD-ROM.
