In recent images of Hilary Duff you notice a little tattoo right below the outside of her right ankle! The tattoo reads “let it be.”
In this first picture, taken when Hilary and Mike were in the Bahamas, you can clearly see the tattoo below her shoe line.
It’s harder to see in this second picture, but you can see a tiny glimpse on the outside of her ankle at the Power of Love Gala in Las Vegas.
Back when Hilary turned eighteen, she spoke out against having a tatoo. “I mean, obviously I don’t have anything against it, because look at my boyfriend,” Hilary said while dating Joel Madden. “But I think I would just get so bored with it, looking at the same thing over and over again. And [Joel's] found a simple solution to that — he just keeps adding more and more and more. But I don’t think I could. I don’t like that pain.”
I guess she changed her mind!

I think that she just needs to act really good and make a mega hit movie, to become an A-lister again… and the D-lister rumors are not true… she’s just not that active anymore.. soo Perez, SHUT UP!!!!
There’s a lot of Hilary I’d like to see. & eventually I might, now that she’s of age. I mean an adult.

I think Hilary Duff is old enough to get a tattoo! She’s 21 for goodness sake! I mean when she was 18 that was fine! She only had it on her ankle saying “Let it be” Don’t you have to be 18 to get a tattoo anyway?? So if people are gonna judge her because of that. Your being a toddler.

But I do king of agree with you though she should of moved on to some A-list actor or muso after Joel and Joel I think is just a fame whore now he always use to smile and was always happy when he was with Hilary but now with Nicole he looks angry and tired I could be rite ofr its because they do have a child and another on the way so maybie Im wrong
