It’s a Leo symbol celebrating her 18th birthday. Apparently her mom didn’t know about it and was reduced to tears when she saw it.

Hayden turned 18 last week and to celebrate her star sign she’s had a Leo symbol tatooed on her ankle.
However, Hayden’s mother was less than pleased with the body art.
“It’s on my ankle. My mom didn’t see it for ages.
“Then, I was being body-scanned for a special effect on Heroes. And she saw it, tried to rub it off and suddenly she realised. Her eyes welled up.”
