Hayden Panettiere starred in the 2006 movie “The Good Student” (also known as “Mr. Gibb”). It was a dark comedy about an unpopular teacher, Mr. Gibb (Tim Daly), who turns his life around after Ally Palmer (Hayden Panettiere), his favorite student, was kidnapped.
Ally is a popular teen and local celebrity in their small suburban town. Mr. Gibb is the dorky high school teacher known for having a crush on Ally. He was the last person to see her before she goes missing, and he becomes the main suspect.
The movie was released to DVD in February 2009, so it’s something I would love to see. Have you seen it? What did you think about it?

i think mr gibb did kidnapp aly i heard a soft grunt when he was getting the money and putting it in the suitcase and it sounded like aly did she get found i missed the ebding and who got arrested i thought it was the dad at first
I seen it too. She prob has like 10mins max screen time.
Yeah the movie is above average but of course the scenes Hayden is in, she owns them :D
At the start she has pink mini :D :D :D
Kissing Tim looks funny.
She is tied up in the movie, always bonus tho I want to see how she ate those cheeseburgers! :o
Then you get another 1min near the end.
Ohh how can I forget, she is wearing a cheerleading uniform in the movie too!! This was a start for things to come ;)
Shanghai Kiss and Bring It on 3 are my favourite Hayhay movies.
But you should watch Normal. It’s like a mini-version of Hayden (is that possible? haha) on screen. Her voice is the same but she is smaller. OMG SOOOO CUTE :D
Hay – haven’t seen the movie. but really? coz her credit is ahead of daly. i’ll still watch it, so no spoiling. LOL
Hayden wasn’t in the movie much, only in the beginning and the end; it’s more about the teacher’s life. There’s a huge surprise in the movie but I didn’t like it as much to be honest, my favorite movie from her is still Shanghai Kiss.
