Just when Hayden Panettiere moved out of her parents’ house, her dad gets into trouble.
Hayden’s dad Alan Panettiere was arrested early Monday morning on a felony count of domestic violence for hitting his wife.
Wife Lesley Vogel called police just before 3 a.m. and reported that her husband struck her on the face, causing some bruising. According to reports, the couple had an argument that resulted in the domestic incident. Apparently, he felt disrespected at a party hosted by Hayden.
Was it alcohol? Was is drugs? Well, Alan told police, “I just got into an argument with my drunk wife.” Ha. Both Alan and Lesley consumed alcohol at the party, and sources close to the family say Lesley hit the husband first before he hit her back. That must have been quite a riot.
The four of them had always looked very close-knit, so let’s hope this is something out of the ordinary. Alan is now out on a $50,000 bail. Stay tuned for this continuing drama.
