Haylie Duff will be making two appearances on the Hallmark Channel in April!! Haylie filmed two movies for them, back-to-back. I shared with you already the story and photos behind Love Takes Wing, which premieres on April 4th, and now will share Love Finds A Home, which will premiere on April 11th.
Love Finds A Home is a sequel to Love Takes Wing, both stories part of an 8-novel series by Janette Oke. It is the last movie in the series.
Haylie Duff stars as Annie Watson, now very pregnant. She’s now best friends with Dr. Belinda Owens (Sarah Jones), who struggled in the last movie to gain respect as a female doctor in a small town. Annie’s husband Peter is away, so Annie stays with Belinda, who is saddened by the good fortune of her friend while she has not been able to get pregnant in the five years of her own marriage.
Annie starts spasming in pain while she stays with Belinda and is ordered to go on bedrest. This isn’t something she wants to do, so thankfully her mother-in-law comes to visit. Unfortunately, Belinda and the mother-in-law, who is also Annie’s midwife, butt heads. Tune in on April 11th to see how it all works out!!

i think it sucks that love finds a home is the last movie belinda is finally pregnant!!!!!!!! the only tings i didn’t like about the movies is she jumped way too far ahead so u don’t know where mattie or belinds brother is?????? i hope janette writes more love series i have all 8 movies and love them…….great job jeanette
I can’t wait for the DVD to be available, since I live in the country, and only have an antenna to view the channels I can get.
I feel like Marty and Clark are part of my family, so I can’t wait for the Love Finds a Home DVD. I have enjoyed this series, as much as I enjoyed the DVD of Christy, written by Catherine Marshall. And I believe that Lou Diamond Phillips did a great job in staring in and directing in Love Takes Wings. Also, Jordon Bridges really looks great in this time period. He has such a sweet way about him. Please keep the good movies
coming. And Sarah Jones and Hilary Duff are devine in their acting, while being so naturally beautiful.
Actually Love finds a home is the final book in the love comes softly series however Janette Oak continued the story on (with the books) to the prairy legacy and there are 3 books in that series that continue where love comes softly ended. The books ARE WAY WAY different from the movies but equally as good. I hope they continue on with the prairy Legacy and at the end of prairy legacy Marty and Clark are still alive. If you liked the movies I strongly suggest the books. The only book that is even close to the movie is the first movie love comes softly.
I’m dying to know who played the pastor in “Love Finds a Home”. He looks like Richard Widmark but surely he’s not.

I love these movies. I to hope Marty and Clark are still alive. I look forward to seeing the 7th and 8th one.
I started watching this week and I am so hooked. I watched last night and it was wonderful. I look forward to seeing tonight’s episode April 10 and tomorrow night April 11.
