For the firsttime in the history of Hell’s Kitchen, the show will air in the winter. We’ve come to expect the kitchen craziness in the summertime, but season 5 will premiere on January 29.

I wonder what Chef Ramsay has in store for the aspiring chefs this time. Last time he went undercover on the bus to see what they were like before they met him. It should be fun to see what he’s got up his chef jacket sleeve this time. I’ll keep you posted as cast members and other details are announced.
