I’m surprised it takes this many re-takes to perfect one scene, that of Arthur Petrelli toasting his sons and family, while the two brothers bet on their dad acknowledging Peter’s nursing career. There is one take of Daniel Linderman asking Nathan about the investigations.
it takes many retakes to perfect a lot of scenes. gosh.. i was in the end of the movie the great debaters with denzel washington… it took 16 hours one day and 14 hours the next… i saw the part that i was in recently, hahahaha.. 2 seconds!! takes much time. which is why i think they are paid so well. its much more than meets the eye.
