HEROES 4.13 “Upon This Rock/Let It Bleed”

Here’s a promo clip of the two-hour New Year’s premiere of HEROES. It’s short but quite telling.
It shows a coffin draped in the American flag, so that would be Senator Nathan Petrelli. Nathan’s birth daughter Claire Bennet (Hayden Panettiere) and Peter Petrelli (Milo Ventimiglia) are shown with shocked expressions on their faces. Fear? Disbelief? Revenge?
The heroes (and Carnies) are shown as individual puzzle pieces who come together towards a higher purpose, but Sylar (Zachary Quinto) is alluded as someone controlling it all. So far, we know that Samuel (Robert Knepper) is the one actively recruiting powered individuals for his own agenda, but let’s not discount Sylar just yet. He has yet to slice a head this season and it may well be Samuel’s, if Sylar is to remain “resident evil”.
I’m excited for HEROES to be back on TV this January. The series will be showing it’s last 5 episodes when it returns on January 4th. And then don’t forget, HEROES moves to a 9:00 p.m. timeslot the week after to give it’s old tandem (CHUCK) the earlier slot.
