In the final scenes of season 3, Greg Grunberg’s character Matt Parkman emerged as one to be reckoned with. Parkman manipulated Sylar’s thoughts and abilities to force the villain to transform into Nathan Petrelli, acquiring the senator’s thoughts, memories and physical likeness. For some reason, Noah Bennet and Angela Petrelli thought this would solve having to hide Nathan’s murder and make Sylar change his nature. But at the end of the episode, Parkman was somehow bothered by what he has done, and of course Sylar/Nathan was beginning to have lapses of his old life.

Well, Greg Grunberg made an interesting comment on an interview with Mashable, about what will happen when Heroes comes back this fall with volume 5 (Redemption). Apparently, Parkman’s manipulation will have a ricochet effect on the mind-bender. Some part of Sylar will stay with him and haunt him for the rest of the season. And Sylar won’t be gone for very long!
