Wow this is a cool stunt! Milo Ventimiglia and Ray Park exchange blade-work in this “fast paced” scene for HEROES Season 4. “Fast” because Ray Park’s character has the speedster ability and Milo Ventimiglia’s Peter Petrelli used his empath abilities to become as fast and quick with the knives. Don’t you just love Peter’s abilities!
So in this video clip, Jack Coleman’s character Noah Bennet is about to get axed by this Carnival freak (who doesn’t have a name yet), when Peter intercepts the blurring blade! Noah says “he has powers” and Peter replies “I got it.” Cool.
Though, if you think about it – Peter can be just as fast but does his powers mean that he can also acquire skilled/learned abilities? I mean, does Ray Park’s character have a special ability to handle knives (so that Peter can acquire that), else how would Peter learn to fight with knives like his opponent? Hmm. Something to think about…
