(UPDATED: Heroes: Redemption better NBC trailer)
I must say this is the most exciting “Heroes” trailer I’ve ever seen! Just five minutes of sneak peek and already season 4/volume 5: Redemption is shaping out to be full of suspense.
Here’s what you get from the trailer for HEROES: REDEMPTION:
- Claire meets a strange freshman Gretchen (Madeline Zima) who knows about her past at Odessa. Madeline sees Claire’s powers at work and becomes her confidant… and then there is a kissing scene!
- A man named Samuel leads a group of powered-people called The Carnival, which “collects” others like them.
- A woman who displays tattoos of each of the heroes gives the Carnival clues about the heroes whereabouts.
- Someone named Samuel befriends a rather-naive Hiro fourteen years back in time.
- Peter is given a compass and later a acquires a tattoo of a compass.
- Angela Petrelli dreams of Sylar coming back to existence!
- Sylar messes with Matt Parkman’s minds and pesters the mind-reader about giving back his body.
- Nathan’s past mistakes catch up with him, and he pays dearly for it… but it creates a rift in Nathan’s psyche for Sylar to escape!

- UDATE: “Heroes: Redemption” trailer below is better and of high-resolution, so check it out. But I’m not going to delete the same trailer that was shown at San Diego Comic con last weekend because of the live fan reactions as the trailer was being shown. With all the criticism that “Heroes” has received recently, this is the kind of excitement that we need to hear (and which is missing from the NBC-sourced version).

They definitely hired a great stunt coach for these scenes. I can’t to see Milo take on the baddies!
