Hilary Duff #40 on FHMOnline's Sexiest Women List

Back in April, Hilary Duff was listed at #71 on FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2009 list. This list was compiled by FGM.com. Meanwhile, sister site FHMOnline.com (US audience) has put together their own list for 2009, with Hilary Duff placing much higher – at #40!

Last year, Hilary Duff placed a lot higher on this same list, at #7, so it’s sad that she’s dropped off. Perhaps because she hasn’t done as many photoshoots lately?

In new photos, Hilary & Mike were seen out this week in LA. Both dressed quite casual.
