Hilary Duff was interviewed at the ‘A Night to Make A Difference‘ Oscar Viewing Party. Hilary talks about the charity closest to her heart, Blessings in a Backpack, a charity that feeds kids across North America. The cost to feed one child is just $80 a year, so people really can make a difference!
