Billboard has created a 100 Most Exoctic Voices list, and have placed Hilary Duff in the top 10! I think this list was from the magazine again, so I can’t verify it, and it is a weird list. Apparently "exotic" means sexy or edgy.

Some voices I would have expected on the list, like Feist for example, didn’t make it. What do you think of the list?

Ashley, Hilary and Jojo do not have exotic voices if you ask me. They’re voices are quite normal. Nothing alien going on there.

I definitely don’t think these are the most exotic voices. I think the people who voted just wanted their favorite voices to win. But Hilary has an awesome voice!
hilary duff has been on lots of lists only 1 that i can remember that ast positive…it was the worst music videos since 2006…but i think she has an amazing voice and she is 20 and hasnt done drugs or got completly drunk yet so yay hilary!!!but it is still possible and i dont she will she is a really sweet girl and i just love her to death!!!!hilary rocks and i do think she has a sexy and edgy voice!!!love ya hil!!!
