Hilary Duff at José Neira Salon

Hilary Duff shook things up a little, going to a salon that is not her normal choice (she goes to Neil George a lot). This time, Hilary was seen at José Neira Salon to get her hair cut & styled – this salon is near to Hilary’s home in Toluca Lake. Hilary came out looking gorgeous (see those photos after the jump). And so leggy! Go Hilary! It’s a fab outfit.
