Hilary Duff went to New York City to be a part of MTV’s Total Request Live (TRL) series finale, aptly dubbed “Total Finale Live”. The final episode was taped in the MTV Studios in Times Square on November 16th. Hilary Duff was on the show to talk about her most memorable moments as part of the series. Hilary looked stunning in her all black outfit – the sheer overlay is beyond sexy, and love the chunky belt. HOT!
