Hilary Duff continues her pampering with a session at the salon. She was spotted on July 18th getting her hair done for a whole 3 hours at the Neil George hair salon in Beverly Hills. The paparazzi waited outside until she was done then swarmed her for photographs. Following are the pre-salon and post-salon shots.

I think she looks great before and after,but of course more glamorous in the after photos!
I think she may look like she has gained weight to some people because she’s working out more and also because she has abs now that may give more of a “gained weight” look.
