Hilary Duff was spotted in chic blue pumps, rolled up skinny jeans and a simple white tank on July 3rd. Hilary and her mom Susan were at the California Animal Hospital in Los Angeles. Reports have it that Hilary took one of her dogs into the vet.

As anyone noticed that she wears these glasses lots. Not saying that she shouldn’t, because I love them, but, I just wonder if they were really really expensive and thats why. Anyone know the designer name?
