Hilary Duff and her family (sister Haylie Duff and mom Susan Duff) all flew to New York City to celebrate Hilary’s 21st birthday. Aside from the party held at Woo Lae Oak on Hilary’s birthday, the family was caught on camera at W Hotel, where presumably they are staying. Check out the video:

this hotel is excellent I recomend to everybody.
