Well, it’s looking more and more like Hilary Duff will be releasing a "Best Of" album. Various sites, some official some not, on the Internet have been confirming the information. Additionally, a sign in Wal-Mart had the "Hilary Duff / Greatest Hits" release promoted for release on September 30th.
From what information I can gather, the CD will be released in the US on September 30th with further releases in October for other countries. Amazon.com is also advertising the upcoming CD release with a pre-order available here: Best Of by Hilary Duff. They announce the release for September 23rd, so I am not sure which is the accurate release date.

All of this information is unconfirmed still. If there is an album, there is no guarantee that the details on tracks, release dates or the album cover are correct. There are also rumors that Hilary Duff will leave Hollywood Records after this album is released.

NO I WANT A WHOLE NEW ALBUM
its hollywoods records fault.. not HILARY’s. they are a bunch of greedy people who only promote people that are making the big bucks. Hilary can do that also but they think miley and those brothers are more IN.. whocares, she needs to be treated like a real artist like Rihanna, i mean look at her, she got like 4-5 single off 1 album. imagine hilary with that and the amount of albums she can sell. she sold 1.8 million albums with just ONE single(Fly). thats CRAZY!!! not even chris brown nor anyone can do that. ive only seen hilary have that kinda of success. its just crazy to see her treated so badly.

Even though she looks like a princess in this photoshoot, i think they should make another cover, she looks completly different by now, the hair is blonde again! And about changing record, if they are making pressor on her..move hils!! we want you to do what you want not what the record want!
I don’t know, Maybe Disney would rather sound like crap. I guess that’s why their still an AM Station when everybody has gone digital.

i don’t know if she will do this best of… it looks like “Most Wanted”. I wouldn’t buy this album cause i prefer her as an actress she’s really better!

come on she had just released 3 ne albuns and want a best of again. even madonna released a new album after a best of, and on and on.

Hilary was ready for new album. It was about creative differences. They been at each others throats since Dignityy or before that. Hilary just wants out.

it could be a good thing and HR is owned by disney and most artists on that label are from disney channel and marketed to tweens so i guess she just wants to grow up and be taken seriously
the only reason why shes doing this is because the record label is pushing her to release an album before the end of the year and shes just not ready. its rumored that she’ll looking for a new record deal.
im actually pretty happy she is leaving hollwoodrecords its about time, they should take her seriously i hope a good company picks her this is her last cd for hollywoodrecords she doesnt want to do a new one for them and wants to leave quickly so she is doing this record. hollywoodrecords only seems to focus on miley and the jonas bros they are ok i guess but hilary was the one who made that company big they werent even known before her but i wish hilary would just release dignity all over again with those 2 new songs like rihanna beyonce and chris brown did. she can call it dignity part 11 lol.

They really screwed up with the launch of the Dignity Album…
Great songs like Gypsy Woman and Happy were to be videos…
