Hilary Duff is currently in Wilmington, North Carolina filming Provinces of Night,.
According to the casting call, filming for the movie will be between April 15th and May 19th in the area. I’m not sure if Hilary will be spending the entire month there, or making return trips to LA for weekends or breaks.
Several fantastic crushable.com readers have commented that Hilary is currently filming at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). Some of them saw her yesterday, but not today.
I’m not sure how long filming on this location would be, but the buildings where the filming was being done was at Leutze Hall and Morton Hall. Both buildings are fairly recent (one in 2001, one in the 1970s), but are classically built and made of brick. This probably helps lend to the period of the film, which is set in 1952.
