Hilary Duff and her mom Susan Duff were spotted out today in LA. Hilary was carrying her iPhone with her (I have one too!), and we almost never see her put it in her purse or pockets these days. She must love it! Hilary looked great wearing a comfy warm jacket and Uggs. Hilary and Susan were out together for a breakfast – so nice!
