Hilary Duff was seen near her home in Toluca Lake yesterday wearing a layered skirt, cowboy boots and simple tank top. I think she looks really cute, but I see from comments on other sites that not everyone thinks so.

i like every thing in her (hair,face,budy…..)
it looks ok
like all but separet. Sometimes this cowboys boot do not look good for short people like Hill. But is better she makes her own fashion and not follow the others.

I love the skirt! I have a longer version of a skirt like that! It’s just the boots that make the whole outfit look unflattering. If she gets rid of the boots with that outfit then it’ll look better!
