I think its natural you feel sad because that joel didint wait nothing to start date nicole, so its normal she feels upset!! Im with you Hilary, you can do just so much better!!!

Nooo, I doubt shes depressed, a bit sad about the break up obviously (which shes prob over now) but I wouldnt say she was depressed! She has nothing to be depressed about, she has a new album and everything which will do great! =]

She may be a little depressed I don’t know…
I do know love stinks.
Like HELL sometimes.
I know she certainly doesn’t sound down in her interviews. Hard to stay focused when you’re depressed. She sounds sharp as a tack. She’s on the with love attack.
& she certainly shouldn’t be sad. She’s about to drop the best work of her life in 10 days. Her first adult album. Should go # 1…
It better. Her music & her tour & herself, they all deserve to rule this year. She should be on the mend & around the bend & over the moon. She’s ready, steady go to take the world by storm.

well in uk sugar magazine she said…
“when i ended things, its just something felt wrong in the relationship, and i was like omygod omygod i love my boyfriend why am i leaving him, but then i thought i have to be strong…im hapy for him and nicole, and if i eev wanted payback i would go out with a guy who was taller cause he always hatd the fact that he wasnt tall which i always found funny!”
so iguess in the begining she did regret it…but she has become even better and come out stronger than ever!

i believe the article is true hilary isn’t herself lately shes been wearing black a lot meaning she may be depressed.
hilary had a great relationship with joel she might be wishing she was still with him i think even though the age differance was a little big it didn’t matter that much.
