Hilary Duff on “The Bonnie Hunt Show”

Hilary Duff made an appearance today on The Bonnie Hunt Show today! This was Hilary’s second appearance on Bonnie’s show since it premiered (did you know Hilary & Bonnie worked together on Cheaper by the Dozen?)

Hilary made a grand entrance to her interview by sliding down the fire fighter’s pole! The interview started out by referencing the last time Hilary was on Bonnie’s show (see it here) and how Bonnie kept interrupting Hilary. They move onto Mike Comrie quickly, talking about how he and hilary have been dating for a year and a half. Hilary talks about her 21st birthday – says it was a blur – and that they even went to sing karaoke! Hilary also shares how great it was to take the trip to the Bahamas with Mike and what it was like to swim with the dolphins.

Hilary talks about her ongoing home renovations and temporarily living with her mom while the work is going on.

Bonnie gets back on track and asks Hilary Duff about her new movie, The Story of Bonnie & Clyde, and about the nasty comments that Faye Dunaway made about her. Hilary Duff has previously slammed Faye back for that (she feels guilty for that), though Hilary shares her “ouch” reaction to that statement. Hilary says she grows as an actress with each project and thinks she’ll prove herself to any doubters with time.

Hilary also talks about her new Femme for DKNY Jeans line, which is being designed for Fall and Holiday of 2009. Hilary says there will be 10 or 12 pieces in the collections.

BTW – don’t you love Hilary’s earrings? She also wore them to the Runway for Life fashion show (see photos here and here!)
