Hilary Duff on the "Rachael Ray Show"

Hilary Duff was on the Rachael Ray Show today! This is the official excerpt from CBS about Hilary Duff’s comments about Faye Dunaway, who wasn’t happy with Hilary taking on the role of Bonnie in The Story of Bonnie & Clyde:

Hilary Duff doesn’t know what she would say if she ever met Faye Dunaway. What Faye said (that Hilary wasn’t a ‘real’ actress) was hurtful and Hilary’s tired of taking the high road when people say bad things about her. She’s just not going to rise to the issue again, even though she already has!

In this segment, Hilary Duff is backstage at the Rachael Ray Show answering a few questions:

Hilary says her iPod is very eclectic, that she loves “everything from Beyonce to Morrissey” and Muse. She also talked about her friend’s Canadian band, City and Colour. And Hilary’s “star-struck moment” was meeting Shak, who is very tall (7′1″) compared to Hilary! She was nervous to meet him but really enjoyed it.

In the rest of the interview, Hilary Duff talks about going to watch boyfriend Mike Comrie for his hockey games (now on a new team!) and how into it she is now that she knows more about the game. Hilary says she likes to sit in the audience unnoticed – that if people notice her they start insulting Mike!

“They’ll be like ‘Mike sucks!’ Or try to rile me up And I’m like, ‘Hey, watch it! I’ll come up there, you know.’ I try to not be that crazy girlfriend.”
